  1. Where can you ship to?

Generally, we can ship to all the places of USA, Canada, and EU within 7 days. If you are from other countries or areas and you want to purchase ALL JOY products, please contact us via email help@ialljoy.com

  1. What is the shipping date?  

Usually, the products you ordered will be sent within 12 hours after receiving your payment. You will receive it in about 5-7 business days.

  1. How will I know when my order ships?  

We will update the tracking number to your order once it is shipped.

No, we do not charge any sales tax imposed on any order. Please Note: Some states require that taxpayers fill out a “use tax” return and pay the equivalent of a sales tax in their state. Please consult your state law to determine if you have to pay this tax.

We are an online retailer, but we have our warehouse in CA, OH.

    Warranty begins from the day you place your order.

  1. How do I claim the warranty?

  • ALLJOY®offers amazing support for all of our products. Our friendly service representatives are always just an email away. Please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and try all troubleshooting suggestions first.

  1. What is valid proof of purchase?

  • An Amazon order number.
  • ALL JOY Official Store order numbers. (https://www.ialljoy.com)

 

  1. What if I don’t have any proof of purchase?

  • If you made your purchase through an authorized ALLJOY®Reseller, you may contact the Reseller to see if they can provide a copy of your receipt.
  • If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.

 

  1. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

    The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

 

  1. What if I move overseas? Will my limited warranty still be valid?

    No, the warranty is only applicable in the country your product was originally shipped to.
