To fully protect your rights and enjoy satisfactory shopping experience, please read the following details for conditional return & refund service.


Returns

- If you receive a damaged, defective product, or a wrong product is shipped, please contact ALLJOY Customer Support at help@ialljoy.com prior to returning issues.

- All products to be returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition with complete accessories and manuals, otherwise additional fees will be required case by case.

- Return service is available within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Reverse shipping fee is required.

- Usually the item will be sent within 12 hours after receiving the payment. if the buyers change their idea and want to return, they can directly cancel their order online before the item be sent out. If not, please contact  help@ialljoy.com to solve it.

- All returns are subject to validation and approval at ALLJOY’s discretion.

- If you have purchased a ALLJOY product from other channels instead of ALLJOY official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.

Refund

As soon as ALLJOY receives a returned product and checks that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days of refund process.
