How To Be Healthier?

How To Be Healthier? I know that the most effective way is to exercise, but in the end I chose a massage that I can enjoy.

Maybe it's a bad sitting posture, lack of sleep or something. Some time ago, my back started to ache suddenly, and I couldn't move around. It was like a stiff-neck, but this time it’s in the back.

I felt pain when I moved slightly. I thought I would feel better after resting, but it didn't work. It was like this for several days, any movement was accompanied by pain.

I thought about a lot of methods, and none of them can solve my problem.

But in fact, I have two ways to solve the problem, one is exercise, the other is massage. And exercise can cure the root cause, but this is just a flash of thought, I directly chose the massage chair, it didn't take more than 5 minutes from the thought to the order, and the order was placed directly.

And if I exercise, I don’t need to spend this budget of the massage chair. I can look at the outside, listen to birds and smell the flowers, lose weight and become healthier. I can watch less videos and listen more news, etc. I can find 1000 reasons to praise the benefit of exercise, but I just chose the chair massage, because it is simple.
